Monaire, a Boston-based AI startup reducing waste and emissions in small commercial buildings, raised $3.5M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Construct Capital, with participation from Workshop Ventures, Steve Fredette, and Tom Kuo. Monaire will use the funds to further develop its building sustainability technology.

Monaire aims to expand its AI-powered building optimization platform to curb energy waste and cut carbon emissions.
