Board Intelligence, a London-based AI-powered board software and advisory firm, acquired Sweden’s TeamEngine.

The acquisition amount was undisclosed. This deal enables Board Intelligence to accelerate AI innovation and expand its geographic reach across the public and private sectors.

TeamEngine, led by CEO Anders Gröndahl, provides board and management collaboration tools to over 30,000 board members worldwide. Notable clients include Coop Sverige, Länsförsäkringar, and The Prince’s Trust.

Board Intelligence, founded in 2010 and co-led by Jennifer Sundberg and Pippa Begg, serves over 40,000 leaders in 3,000 organizations, including major clients like Schroders and NHS.
