Aurionpro Solutions, Navi Mumbai-based, in tech, invests $16.5M to acquire PaaS startup Arya.ai.

Leading this strategic move, Aurionpro aims to integrate Arya.ai's AI, Deep Learning, and Intelligent Automation expertise into their offerings. This acquisition includes secondary acquisition and fresh equity capital in an all-cash deal.

Arya.ai, founded by Vinay Kumar and Deekshith Marla, specializes in BFSI-specific AI platforms, including Arya API, Libra, and AryaXAI. With this acquisition, Aurionpro plans to solidify its position in the banking and insurance sectors.

CEO Ashish Rai emphasized the significance of this acquisition, noting it combines Aurionpro’s robust enterprise software with Arya.ai's advanced AI capabilities, aiming to elevate the financial industry’s digital transformation globally.
