Assisterr, a Cambridge, UK-based AI Infrastructure startup, has raised £1.3M in Pre-Seed funding.

The round was backed by investors including Web3.com Ventures, Moonhill Capital, and notable angels like Michael Heinrich and Mark Rydon.

The funds will accelerate protocol development, strategic partnerships, and an incentive program for model builders and data contributors to drive ecosystem growth.

Founded by CEO Nick Havryliak, Assisterr focuses on community-owned small language models (SLMs) and has attracted 150,000 registered users and launched over 60 SLMs for leading Web3 protocols.

The startup has also secured $350k in funding from Google's AI Startups program to bolster its GPU, CPU, and cloud infrastructure.
