Argmax buys Ginzi in latest acquisition push

Argmax, a Ramat Gan, Israel-based AI service provider, has acquired Ginzi, an innovative customer support AI startup from Tel Aviv. The deal amount remains undisclosed.

Argmax's strategic acquisition aims to enhance their AI-driven solutions by integrating Ginzi's cutting-edge technology, thereby expanding Argmax's offerings.

Founded by Ben Jacobs and Kobi Agi, Ginzi has developed unique AI interactions for support teams, raising $1.5M from investors including Jumpspeed Ventures, Fresh.Fund, and Atooro Fund.

Argmax, led by CEO Uri Goren, specializes in AI for advertising, marketing, and finance sectors, focusing on customer engagement and business optimization.
