Archetype AI, based in Palo Alto, CA, has secured $13M in seed funding in the physical AI sector.

Venrock led the round, joined by Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund, Hitachi Ventures, Buckley Ventures, Plug and Play Ventures, and angel investors.

The funds will aid in expanding product development and scaling operations. Additionally, Ganesh Srinivasan from Venrock will join the board.

Co-founded by Ivan Poupyrev and others, Archetype AI aims to revolutionize real-time physical world insights with its Newton™ model combining multimodal data and natural language processing.
