Apono, a New York City-based cloud security innovator, raised $15.5M in Series A funding.

The round, led by New Era Capital Partners, saw participation from Mindset Ventures, Redseed Ventures, Silvertech Ventures, and initial seed investors.

The funds will drive accelerated product development and further growth.

Founded in 2022 by Rom Carmel (CEO) and Ofir Stein (CTO), Apono offers a cloud privileged access platform, enhancing security through AI-driven least privilege and anomaly detection. The company serves multiple Fortune 500 companies across the US.
