Alaffia Health, a New York City-based generative AI company for health plan claim operations, raised $10M in funding.

The round was led by FirstMark Capital, with participation from GingerBread Capital and existing investors like Anthemis, Aperture Venture Capital, 1984 Ventures, Remarkable Ventures, and Tau Ventures.

Funds will be used to expand commercial operations and advance AI research and product development. Amish Jani from FirstMark will join Alaffia's Board of Directors.

Led by CEO TJ Ademiluyi, Alaffia Health helps health insurance plans streamline operations and reduce claim spending through its proprietary co-pilot, Autodor.
