Abstract Security, a San Francisco-based AI security platform startup, has raised $8.5M in Seed funding. The round was led by Crosslink Capital, Rally Ventures, and Liquid 2 Ventures.

The funds will be used to expand Abstract Security's operations and accelerate development of its AI-powered security assistant. The platform aims to provide enhanced cybersecurity capabilities through machine learning and natural language processing.

With this seed capital, Abstract Security plans to grow its engineering team, refine its product roadmap, and establish strategic partnerships. The company, co-founded by Colby DeRodeff, Ryan Clough, and Aaron, is positioning itself as an innovator in the AI security space.
