Agree.com bags $3M in pre-seed funding
Agree.com, a San Francisco-based agreements platform, raised $3M in Pre-Seed funding.
The round was led by Better Tomorrow Ventures, with additional investment from 8-Bit Capital, Everywhere Ventures, Expedite Ventures, Firsthand Alliance, Hustle Fund, NEA, Singh Capital Partners, and Trust Fund.
The funds will be used to enhance platform features and expand the team in engineering and product.
Launched in 2024 by Marty Ringlein and Will Hubbard, Agree leverages AI to offer secure agreements, invoicing, and payment solutions. The company plans to introduce an enterprise offering with accounts receivable automation and CRM integrations by year's end.
