Agency, a Boston-based B2B customer success startup, has secured $12M in seed funding.

The funding round was co-led by Sequoia Capital and HubSpot Ventures. The capital will be used to expand operations and advance development.

Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Elias Torres, Agency seeks to streamline customer success processes by automating tasks like scheduling and onboarding, offering a seamless solution akin to hiring an agency but without the complexities.
