Actuate, a NYC-based AI company, raised $11.5M to boost its computer vision technology for remote video guarding.

The funding round was led by Gray Line Partners, with existing investors Tribeca Venture Partners, Bling Capital, Tensility Venture Partners, and Upside Partnership also participating.

Actuate plans to use the funds to accelerate growth, enhance its technology, and expand its market presence.

Founded by CEO Sonny Tai, Actuate specializes in advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to deliver security solutions that improve monitoring, threat detection, and operational efficiency across various industries.
