Accenture, a global professional services company based in Ireland, has acquired Logic, a retail technology services firm.

The acquisition, announced on July 16, 2024, enhances Accenture’s retail capabilities by integrating Logic’s expertise in core technologies, artificial intelligence, and generative AI.

Founded in 1997, Logic brings approximately 800 professionals and serves over 150 retail clients worldwide, including brands like 7-Eleven, Louis Vuitton, and Ralph Lauren.

Accenture aims to leverage Logic's specialized skills to drive innovation, customer loyalty, and revenue growth for its retail clients.
