Abridge, an innovator in generative AI for clinical documentation, has secured a $150M boost in a Series C funding round. Pittsburgh's homegrown tech firm caught the attention of lead investor Lightspeed Venture Partners, resulting in a board spot.

With the pledged funds, Abridge aims to accelerate AI integration into healthcare, streamlining patient-clinician interactions. The investment pool includes a blend of seasoned and new backers, notably Redpoint Ventures co-leading, and support from IVP, Spark Capital and others.
